The British comedian — who married the Firework hitmaker in October 2010 — claims he experiences “salvation” and “poetry” when he kisses his wife. “A conduit to paradise!” Brand said of Perry’s lips. “A tunnel to another world. They are redemption! Salvation! Glory! Poetry!”

The 35-year-old actor – who has previously dealt with drink and drug problems — has also confessed he has become more domesticated since he got married, something he blames on being English.

“I’m like a butler now. I think it’s because I’m English, she thinks I’m a butler,” he said.

“My life used to be about chaos, glass, blood, madness, but now it’s, ‘Go and get that fridge.’ That’s after five months, how am I going to be a decade down the road? I’ll be like a servant man, polishing windows and gardening.”
